Don’t Skimp – Drink Water!

We hear time and time again to drink more water but we don’t know all of the ways it really benefits our body and our health. See the list below and be sure to drink lots of water if you are not drinking enough! I personally carry a gallon jug with me every day and make sure I drink it all by night time.

Anything above a gallon is a bonus!
